    Contract length: 12 months

    Responsibilities:

    As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our art foundation. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

    • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. This may include document preparation, scheduling, and data entry.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

    • Facilitate clear communication between different teams and departments, ensuring that information flows seamlessly to support collaborative efforts.

    • Assist in the coordination of art and education projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring they are executed smoothly and within specified timelines.

    • Assist in HR hiring and management.

    • Assist in art material preparation for art classes and events.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.

    • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Contract length: 12 months

    Responsibilities:

    • Teach drawing and painting to adults at Paint Nights events on Saturday evenings (7-9 pm)

    • Organize and clean up the classroom after every session of teaching.

    • Work cooperatively with the supervisory team to assure the quality of the drawing and painting projects for the Paint Nights

    • Build relationships with all the adult participants by showing compassion and excitement.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a degree (Diploma, Bachelor, etc.) in Art preferably in visual arts.

    • Have at least 1 year of experience in teaching drawing and painting

    • Fluent in English.

    • First aid certificate

    • Teaching artistic activities to kids at birthday parties (on weekends)

    • Developing lesson plans for art lessons for birthday parties (on weekends)

    • Using creative teaching methods to teach art to the kids

    • Customizing the art activities based on the theme of birthdays (on weekends)

    Qualifications:

    • A background in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.

    • Proven experience working with kids

    • First aid certificate

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong English fluency

    Responsibilities

    • Assess Painting and Drawing portfolio student’s skill sets

    • Develop lesson outlines and lesson plans for portfolio students

    • Plan and prepare painting and drawing activities to meet the needs and interests of the students

    • Develop age-appropriate instructional strategies to achieve the curriculum goals

    • Help students to develop their final draft of portfolios for college/university admission

    • Show students how to properly use and care for art materials, tools, and equipment

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master in Fine Arts or the related fields

    • High fluency in English

    • 3 years of teaching experience is an asset

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
