CCSA Program Consumer Policy
(Applicable to Summer Programs and All Term-Based Programs)


1. Registration & Payment
Full payment or an approved deposit is required to secure a spot in any CCSA program. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

2. Administrative Fee
All registrations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee. This covers platform processing fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the purchase time are non-refundable. CCSA will issue credit in such a case that can be used by any future purchases. If done within 48 Hours, customers received the refund in their account.

4. Program Transfers
Requests to transfer to another program is accepted. Please email us at info@ccsa.art to make such a request. Please note: approval is granted only on spot availability.

5. Missed Classes
CCSA offers make-up classes. It is parents responsibility to arrange make-up classes with our administrative team and attend the class within the same term. No Make-up classes are transferred to next term. 

6. Program Changes & Cancellations by CCSA
CCSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund (including administrative fee), or

  • A credit toward a future program

7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. CCSA reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical or behavioral information at the time of registration. CCSA is not responsible for incidents resulting from undisclosed conditions.

9. Media Consent
By enrolling in a CCSA program, you grant permission for photos/videos of participants to be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

10. Agreement
By registering for any CCSA program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Consumer Policy.

Copyright & Privacy

  1. CCSA reserves the right to use artwork created by students for internal exhibitions, events, promotional, and marketing purposes.

  2. Student artwork may also be shared on online platforms for artistic and educational purposes.

  3. CCSA may use students’ photos for digital marketing and online promotional activities.

  4. Online classes will not be recorded without students’ permission.

  5. CCSA is committed to protecting students and their families in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
