Birthday Party FOR KIDS!

Every birthday party we plan is unique and unforgettable! Our parties have artistic themes and are led by qualified art instructors. The artistic activities are designed with special attention paid to the age and interests of the birthday child. 

All birthday parties run for 2 hours, with booking available only on weekends.

We can accommodate up to 24 participants, including the birthday child.

We are usually booked 2-3 weeks in advance, so it’s always better to pre-book at least 3 weeks in advance.

To ensure a focused and enjoyable experience, each party features ONE ART PROJECT.

You can celebrate your child’s birthday by choosing one of the following party packages: 

 
 

Please select the date in the calendar below and make a partial payment of $150 to book the venue. This partial payment will be adjusted in the final payment after selection of the package.

This Birthday Party is the perfect option for those who want an intimate affair. We personally create an invitation that embodies the theme of your party. You will have a choice to create one out of our three activities. Deposit

A $150 deposit will be charged upon booking to hold the date and time slot.

ART ACTIVITIES

Choose from painting, sculpting, print making, fashion design, and more! *Some activities require additional fees.

INVITATION

We’ve got you covered when it comes to inviting your guests and organizing the event. It’s as easy as choosing your template from our festive selections and sending it out to your guests. We’ll receive the RSVPs and update you regularly.

CLOTHING

Please ensure that children are either dressed ready to make art or bring an old t-shirt to wear over their clothes. Smocks are not provided, and we are expecting some creative mess!

REFRESHMENTS

We ask that the host supply the birthday cake and any refreshments, sensitive to the dietary restrictions of the guests. We welcome any snacks, cake, or drinks you would like to bring. We have a full-sized fridge, freezer, and microwave in our kitchen for your convenience. We generally schedule the refreshments for 30 minutes to 45 minutes after the art activity.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

As the host, you may arrive 20-30 minutes before the official start of the party to drop off food, set up decorations, and get yourself acquainted with the space. Your guests should aim to arrive on time so we can spend as much time as possible celebrating!

WHAT TO BRING

We will provide the art activity instruction and all materials needed, as well as tables and chairs for the celebration part of your party! For the Basic Package, we recommend bringing a tablecloth, napkins, plastic cutlery, cups, and any decorations you desire.

refunds & Cancellations

The host must cancel 1 month prior to the birthday date to be fully refunded. After this date, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should an emergency occur, the CCSA may or may not be able to accommodate.

  • CCSA’s is one of the best place to host art themed birthday party for Toddler’s & Children. We design different birthday project for each Kid depending upon their age & preference.

  • In a Painting party for Kids, we can choose from different art mediums such as Watercolour, Acrylic, Oil. Painting Projects are decided before.
