PA Day Camp 2018/2019

fee: $65 + HST

The CCSA offers one-day camp for children on all TDSB PA Days.

PA Day workshops run 9:00 am to 3:30 pm with before and after-care available upon request from 8:00am to 9:00 am and 3:30 pm to 5:00pm. The CCSA will provide an organic snack for everyone! Every student is asked to bring their own lunch and water to class.

SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE

The weather is getting colder and we’re going to having a workshop all about staying warm this winter. Students will learn how different animals are preparing for the cold and create cozy creature dens from natural, foraged materials.

Frosty Fun: December 7

Printmaking

Snow is in the air and in the studio! Students will be making wintery patterns using fun printmaking techniques. They will also have the option to sculpt snow-inspired scenes or paint winter wonderlands!

This workshop is all about using your imagination! Students will draw on mythical and imaginary creatures to inspire short stories that they will turn into short stop-motion animations.

the big city: June 7

Drama & ARCHITECTURE

Spring has sprung and the city has come back to life! Students will learn about urban environment and their impact. They gain new perspectives as they explore the built environment around them by creating scripts and their costumes. The camp will produce a small film for a viewing party & for everyone to take home.
